Whether it is barrelhouse blues or a sensitive ballad, one thing is for sure, Kelley Hunt will pour every last drop of emotion possible into it. As Bob Margolin said in Blues Review, “the power of her singing is truly staggering. I've gushed quite a few superlatives for Kelley but nobody who's heard her has disagreed with my enthusiasm." We agree with Steady Rollin’ Bob about Kelley’s singing, but she also has the piano chops and performance skill to headline major festivals and showcase clubs across all of North America. She is no imitator as she has forged her path with her original music and leads one of the best and tightest bands anywhere. They have to be hot to be on the same stage with this powerhouse.
