This band is most emblematic of what we are trying to achieve with our programming at Second Street Live. This band, led by Rani Arbo, displays an amazing amount of versatility from Bluegrass to Appalachian Folk to Cajun to Celtic to Americana to Swing to Gospel to Rock ‘n Roll. They deliver a dynamic show with stunning harmonies and instrumental virtuosity and, by far, the very coolest drum kit we have ever seen. Rani Arbo as the front woman is one of those charismatic artists that audience’s fall in love with at first glance; then the moment her smile flashes and the gorgeous tones flow from her voice, it is ‘game over’ and everyone wins. The performance could best be described as joyous as they prove that when the artist is having fun so is the audience.
